No one was there when I arrived, I waiting ten minutes then had to start calling out to get someone's attention. No lift and was put on upper floors. In actuality the hotel is not like it looks in the pictures. There is restaurant to the hotel you have to go out side and go to a restaurant next door. Not ideal.

Very helpful staff and so friendly. Found us a room with aircon -much appreciated during the heatwave. Room had everything you needed. Breakfast was reasonably priced and great.

This hotel just needs a little tlc to make it great. The rooms are a little tired. The staff work hard and are nice which makes up for it, but the rooms let them down.

The rooms were small but perfectly adequate. The rooms were not air conditioned and as we were there on one of the hottest weekends of the year the room was very hot overnight. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

"Was great value for money only £4 per day to use pool gym spa hot tub sauna ect nice room clean staff friendly had one problem I lost all my luggage aa I left my bags by reception outside while got a tea! Came back an gone nobody knew where it went"

"Air con was brilliant and well used in this hot weather. Staf,were friendly and professional. The room was clean and nice bed. Shower was great and parkong was good. Only downside was not much choice at breakfast but what selection they had was very good."

"Hotel is great, but Parking is now an issue. NCP is derelict and used by homeless and such like. One of the alternatives is the shopping centre, but that closes between 6pm and am so there is no access to your vehicle. Advice is plan ahead and know where the parking is."
