Glasgow Point Vacation Packages

The best part of the stay was the scenery, the worse part was having a fan in the cottage that was too small to cool the place down. I called the office for another fan but they said they didn’t have one. All the money being taken in to this place you would think they would have heat pumps in them or at the very least window a/c’s!! The place was comfortable but maybe in the hotel section it would have been a better experience.

Interesting location on the waterfront with boat traffic. Nice Adirondack chairs to sit in while taking in the view. Had a good nights sleep before continuing on the Cabot Trail.

Comfortable and safe.

We arrived at 3pm for check in for 2 rooms that were previously booked and paid for but they were not ready on arrival. The restaurant area for our next morning's comp breakfast was very disorganized and crowded. Hot food? It was cold and tasteless. Beds were confortable but the floors in the room were not very clean. Online it stated that there was a pool, spa/hot tub, gym, an ice machine and a games room. The pool looked murky-not very inviting. Spa/hot tub was closed. The gym looked like it hadn't been used in years...rusty and musty smelling room. No ice in the ice machine...had to go buy ice at a corner store and the games room was bust. Money grabbing. Only thing working was the pool table and air hockey table. Kids very very disappointed.The staff did their best with what they had to offer.The whole experience wasn't ideal for a first time stay. I would not be returning.
