"We loved this house! The location was great, in a quiet part of East Glacier Park Village, perfect for exploring the eastern side of GNP, as well as Waterton Lakes NP in Canada. We could walk to the restaurants, shops, food trucks and the old Glacier Park Lodge, which is stunning. The on-site manager was very helpful and friendly. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Although not a problem for us, those with mobility issues may have trouble with the bathtub/shower. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family."

"This place is better than it looks on first impressions. Owner was great and helpful. If you want shampoo/conditioner/hairdryer you need to ask. Obviously, not a 5 star kind of place if comparing to a nice hotel, but that's ok, it was a one night stop for us and we had a comfortable bed and we don't need much more than that. Note, you are right by the train tracks and we heard trains all night long."

"Cottonwood Cottage was a great place to stay on the East Side of Glacier National Park. The house was clean, had all the amenities that we needed and was a convenient location. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was equipped with anything you might need and the location was close to the main road leading to the East Side of Glacier. The house is on a dirt road, just so you know, but we didn't have any issues with that. Wendy was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We only stayed 2 nights at this location but we would have enjoyed the stay even if we were there all week. A great house for a great price!"

"Small home in a rustic area. Very clean, comfortable and well furnished to meet our needs. The kitchen was well furnished and the bed and bath linens were very nice. Having a small washer and dryer was also useful.Wendy (our host) was very responsive to our needs and very clear and timely in her communications. The location in East Glacier is very convenient for accessing any of the east side entrances to Glacier Nat'l Park.We felt very comfortable walking around the area near the house. There are a couple of restaurants, a small general store and a gas station just a couple of blocks away.Wendy also provided a couple of cans of bear spray, which we took into Glacier each time we entered but we never needed to use them. Having them did make us more comfortable.We would not hesitate to rent this property again if we come back to the area."
