« We really enjoyed spending a long weekend with In Town Villas! You are right downtown in the center of shopping and restaurants! The room was very clean and quiet. The bathroom was nice and roomy. Loved having the separate antique Wardrobe to hang all your clothes and a shelf for extras. We absolutely loved the hot tub in the evenings! »

« I have never been in a place so dirty . Dead bugs all over the floor some were on the bed of the front door needles to was opened .My bad I didn’t report it. Bathroom sink and toilet ware slow in draining .Worst of all living room carpet was smelly and dirty. Chairs outside were damaged too weak to sit on.We had difficulty getting the code to work for the entry door several times that we finally call to get help. We used the key for the final day »

« We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again! It was clean and comfortable and close to everything in downtown Fredericksburg. The street parking was no issue - huge street with plenty of room. The one thing that could use improvement is the showerhead - it's a small thing and didn't affect our rating but it could definitely use an upgrade. »
