We loved this house! The decor and environment is so very nice. Patricia had snacks, baked muffins, juice and water for us, the house had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to stay. We loved sitting out on the back porch in the evenings And close to town where we spent our days.

I really wanted to sit outside and have a fire in stone fireplace but it was by host side of the house. Didn’t like being attached to her actual home. Everything else was great if I stayed there again it would be one of the other houses, on the property. Have to drive to town or uber

#### Relaxing Weekend Trip
This was my 2nd visit to this property, and I will continue to return. The location is great and the house it self was charming. There many nice added touches that made us feel so welcome. This is a great place to unwind with a nice selections of restaurants near. It was once again a very enjoyable experience.

#### Great Rustic Stay
The Suite was exactly as described. We met one of the Owners, Tava, when we arrived. He was very friendly and shared part of the history of this Bed & Breakfast. On the property there are 5 short term rentals plus the the main house. But there is enough of privacy for everyone. The Suite is unique as it’s connected to the main house. This rental has a main bed and two individual beds. Tava and Patricia have it lovely decorated with whimsical antiques and welcoming snacks. Well located with a reasonable price.

#### Fantastic stay in Fredericksburg
Everything about our stay was excellent! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and Patricia even left fresh muffins, snacks a fridge stocked with water and juice, and even a bottle of wine. Patricia has 5 rental units on the same piece of land. I hope to coordinate a couples trip with friends in the near future and rent all of the units at the same time.

#### Heaven in the Mountains
I can't express how grateful we are to Jim and Lisa for opening their cabin to us. It is beautiful! The beds were so comfortable and the best pillows too! The kitchen is amazingly stocked with anything you might need! The property is so pretty, we didn't get to see any bears, but we will the next time we come! We enjoyed the hot tub, hiked the trails, and enjoyed the fire pit (wood provided too.) The communication with them throughout this whole process was wonderful. If you want a place to get away and unwind just pack a bag and go to this place you will not be disappointed!

#### Time stood still
Our stay at the Ava Haus was a step back in time, our suite was authentic with German history and antiques, it was a step out of a hectic city life. Patricia was very gracious in her hospitality; we enjoyed our stay there and the town of Fredericksburg.

I ended up being sick so I cancelled my trip to Fredricksburg. My 2 adult Grandchildren stayed in the VRBO and were comfortable. The owner was easy to communicate with. Since I didn't see property with my own eyes - the review is not complete.
