The property is great. Located near Mt Etna and wine country. The rooms are very nice and the restaurant is exceptional including all of the restaurant staff. If I had one observation to improve it would be the attentiveness of the front desk staff. They are not always available and do not always respond ti email.

It is not a 4 stars hotel. The hot water stopped working and we were informed that the showers had to be very fast or we would have to wait for the heater to heat it up again.

"The hotel is very dated and not sound proof at all. There were almost 70 kids on a school trip that were out of control and running around all the halls. I had a group staying in the room above mine that were banging moving things around and screaming! I had to go down to reception around 11:30 pm ..."
