The only good things I can say about the room is that it was clean and the location was good. We could not shower because the bathroom was tiny. We couldn't fit. We could hardly fit to use the toilet. The towels were tiny and thin. The twin beds were low and uncomfortable. The breakfast was just as spartan as the room. The hotel rates were low, but the condition of the room was lower. This hotel made our experience in Lourdes awful.

Stop searching and book this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location. The Lourdes gate is .4 miles away. You want to book room 504 or 505. These rooms have a lovely patio that is on the west side of the hotel so there is no morning sun. And there is no traffic noise either.
The only negative is that the inclusive breakfast was not great. But you can easily find a bakery and spend 4 euro for two people and have a French pastry.

The property is somewhat clean and staff were certainly available and helpful. It’s an old hotel and can use a remodeling.
