The first night we arrived, there were four police cars in front and more officers taking info from one of the homeless guests that had been beaten. "The young Lady that was working the front desk on the morning of Monday and Tuesday March 2nd and 3rd, needs some training in customer service. I asked her a simple question about switching out the towels in my room because I was there for a few days, she was very rude and disrespectful. The next day as I was in the breakfast area I could see her on the phone at the front desk and when she hung up the phone she was flailing her arms in the air as if she were having a temper tantrum.
