« This was an ok place to stay but it is right beside a major interstate so the noise is constant. The shower was dirty and there was hair on the pillow case. The front desk staff was not friendly at all. Especially the guy who checked us in. Breakfast was good and the housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. »

« Too noisy ..plus woke up and our room was rite next to stairwell...and this guy was passed out underneath the stairs totally scared my daughter on our way to breakfast...which was also nonexistent...and our ac unit was so loud you coukd not hear the tv!!! Over all 👎 »

« everything was great except that this is the second time that I've had a room where it was roach infested. it didn't matter what happened or what was going on they were everywhere including in the bed I slept in. »

« When we arrived they said that they did not have a room for us. And then blamed it on Expedia over booking the room that we had booked weeks in advance. »

« It was awful. Booked and paid for room, drove 12 hours straight just be told there were no rooms available. Despite there only being 4 cars in the parking lot. A gruff and rough employee came down to the after hours door then did not answer the calls from helpful Expedia reps. From what I could tell the lobby was not in the best condition and I’m actually happy my husband and I were relocated to a different hotel. I would not attempt to stay at this one again, no matter how low the price could...

« We had a bad experience, we did our reservation a week before our trip a 2 bedroom NON smoking room. When we arrive to the hotel there’s was NO room for us they only have available a king bed room in the smoking area. We travel with two child which one has special needs we were tired from our 10 hours trip it was 11:20 pm n we were force to look for another hotel in the area at that time. « The room was clean and spacious and beautiful, very homey. The breakfast was not the best, they did not have bacon or sausages which are staples for continental breakfast. I liked that they had oat milk for people who are dairy free. And I liked that they had a screen with the weather and things to do in the area. »

« The pool wasn't maintained. Brown rainwater in the bottom of the pool. No elevators. The room smelled of strong bleach. The breakfast...shouldn't even advertised a breakfast. They had brown overripe bananas, 2 packets of oatmeal and a waffle machine. The coffee was bitter. To top it all off, my credit card had fraudulent charges on it after I checked out. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Never again. »
