![Kentucky Horse Park is a working horse farm and an educational theme park opened in 1978 in Lexington, Kentucky. It is located off Kentucky State Highway 1973 (Iron Works Pike) and Interstate 75, at Exit 120, in northern Fayette County in the United States. The equestrian facility is a 1,224-acre (4.95 km2) park dedicated to "man's relationship with the horse." Open to the public, the park has a twice daily Horses of the World Show, showcasing both common and rare horses from around the globe. The horses are ridden in authentic costume. « Fantastic location, very cute and charming decor, and they literally thought of everything! There were snacks, locals guides / brochures, and every toiletry imaginable! The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood relatively quiet and just a fantastic use of space. We absolutely loved our quick visit and will certainly be back! »

« Stayed here for 10 days in March. The location is convenient for getting around Lexington and close to restaurants and UK. Despite being close to a busy highway, it is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Great parking.The Shawarma Lex truck next door is fantastic! »

« The place was filthy, smelly and unsafe. Broken floor tiles in the kitchen causing a trip and fall. Trash and filth under all the sinks. Mold on the shower curtain and a filthy tub. Kitchen cupboards were dirty with old food crumbs in every drawer and cupboard. Old food in the cupboards. An accumulation of greasy dirt on the floors in the corners. No smoke detectors or usable fire extinguisher. Sheets had an old apparent blood stain and cigarette burn in them. The place was too unsafe...
