It also has a brand new private dock and deck for your enjoyment with swings hanging over the water. House and Guest House comes with Three bedrooms with master beds, queen and single bed in open area, and one sleeper sofa. To bathrooms and one private outdoor shower. We have also added a 900 sq. ft. screened in patio with a full kitchen and comes with a commercial pizza oven. The islands close by can be reached on foot across the sand bank or by kayak. There are two kayaks This picturesque home in Exuma is a must-stay! Congratulations, you’ve found the most beautiful island in the world! Shipwrecked is a short 15 minutes from the airport and allows perfect privacy to relax in your own corner of paradise. This property features the most upscale amenities available! These include: a picture perfect postcard view, brand new 900 sq. ft. screened in patio with full outdoor kitchen with a real pizza oven, outdoor table seating for 8, a soft plush outdoor lounge seating, private outdoor shower with ocean views as a bonus secondary shower, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, microwave/speed cook unit, two large flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom, indoor & outdoor stereo system via Bose Bluetooth. It also has a new addition with a large bathroom and two master bedroom. One of the rooms is a king size wall bed that is also used as a gym if need. Indoor bathrooms comes with complementary soap and shampoos. You’ll be sure to feel the island vibes in each room, custom decorated for the ultimate vacation experience. As the saying on the quaint little island goes, “Nothing to do, but I never get it done”. The house was stocked with everything we needed and then some, and his communication was top notch. We arrived right as a tropical storm was beginning and Jack stayed in constant contact making sure we were good. The house has a generator, so we kept power during the 36 hours when the storm was passing, which made staying in from the storm easy. Jack had so many suggestions for restaurants and activities—so helpful for us as first time visitors to Exuma. The house was clean and comfy, the air conditioner works great, and the screened in porch let us be outside in the early morning and evenings without having to worry about the bugs biting. Last but not least, the beach and the dock, easily our favorite part of the property!! The water is so shallow and calm at low tide, perfect for young kids and exploring. At high tide our kids (8 & 11) loved jumping from the dock and snorkeling under it! Jack the host is great and very communicative. We’ve stayed at another one of his homes so we knew we would enjoy this one as well. Kay was also very pleasant and welcoming. She met us at the home and gave us a tour, made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. You could spend your day at the home and have plenty to do and explore. It’s also a nice place to come back to relax and watch the sunset. Everything was clean and nicely furnished. I would highly recommend one of Jacks houses. Our favorite thing about his place is the outdoor kitchen & having your own little beach. We all slept like babies in the beds as well. Having everything you need right at your finger tips for a week is a plus. I definitely recommend stocking up on food before you arrive because you won’t want to leave! We all left so relaxed! We kayaked out to one of the islands. We saw giant sting rays & a baby shark. There is also a frequent visitor that we named nursey the nurse shark. The home looks just as described. The owners thought of everything, including the small details. We used the outdoor kitchen almost every night. My husband now wants one just like it. The location can’t be beat. The water in front of the house is crystal clear and calm. We loved the kayaks for exploring. The host, Jack, was welcoming and available if ever needed. We had plenty of space for all of us, with everyone getting a king size bed. We used the enclosed porch 90% of the time. It's very large with all the cooking appliances to cook meals at home. You can snorkel right off the dock and snorkel gear, kayaks, paddle boards, towels, floaties, etc were all provided. Jack is a very well prepared host with all kinds of information and helpful tips to make your stay memorable. From all kinds of information on the local area, a timely sent video of the best way into the property to being able to send a list to have Cay stock the kitchen for us made arrival as easy as it could be. The home is well stocked, comfortable and a fantastic place for the family to be. The private dock and small private sandy beach were perfect. The kayaks and paddle board we especially enjoyed in the evenings when the docile lemon sharks and sting rey’s came around for a visit. We really liked the enclosed outdoor kitchen where we made our meals and played games at the table. Everyone had their own sleeping area and was please but forget the house our own private beach well equipped with kayaks made the stay even better. Jack and Kay were very helpful and quick to respond. They had the refrigerators well stocked with Bahamian beer. Even the neighbors were friendly! We thoroughly enjoyed Shipwreck. The home is very clean and equipped with everything we could need. Loved the outdoor oven, we made lots of homemade pizzas. We really enjoyed spending time on the screen porch, dock and of course time in the water out back. Lots of outdoor/water gear provided too. Jack is very quick to answer questions and his housekeeper Kay is lovely and also available for help. We happened to stay when a tropical storm/hurricane was brewing. Jack and his staff made sure we felt safe which we really appreciated. It’s a quiet, peaceful location with stunning sunsets. Lots of fun to snorkel too, we were greeted by a friendly nurse shark and sting ray a few times, and lots of fish. Can’t wait to return. The view was breathtaking and the sandbar was fun to visit during low tide. Jack had a plethora of kayaks, snorkel gear, paddle boards, beach towels, sunscreen, bug spray, and beach floats for our stay. We were able to rent a boat for a few days and keep it docked at our place. The separate houses made the accommodations for our two families comfortable; we had 9 people in total and never felt cramped. The housekeeper, Kay, was attentive and made our check-in process easy and both houses were clean. Our favorite amenities about our stay was the outdoor kitchen. The property is absolutely amazing! Magnificent views, laid back chill vibes, great amenities, and plenty of room for guests. Outdoor kitchen is a great touch. Saw sea turtles, nurse sharks, rays, and all kinds of fish right from the dock. Sunsets were spectacular! Jack + Kay go above and beyond to help take care of you. Jack sent me a plethora of local spots, tours, and connections. Then went out of his way trying to help me make the most of my trip when circumstances weren't in my favor. Kay made sure every thing was in order, and I was well taken care of at the house. Will most definitely be coming back and checking out his other properties. Only thing I'd note is jet skis pictured are NOT included. You have to rent these separately (which Jack can refer). Kayaks are there for free use. ##### Eric D. Jack and his team were great and responded quickly to concerns. Enjoyed the large, screened in porch (experienced a lot of rain during our stay). Had hoped there might have been more beach/sand space. What you see in photo above is about it. This is definitely a personal preference. Large deck is enjoyable with plenty of lounges. Visited Eleuthera last year and it shares the same challenges with road conditions as Exuma. You must have a rental for the overall convenience of getting around. Can’t imagine trying to get and pay for taxis/rides. Property is well off the main road, Queens Hwy. The side roads between the house and main road are extremely rough and almost impassable. Can really do a number on your car if you are not very careful. Jack was a great host from start to finish. He provides so much information about things to do, restaurants, evening entertainment, contacts for services, and just about anything you may want. Many fish to watch around dock. When weather cooperates, you have a beautiful sand bar at low tide right in front of the property to explore. Kayaks and standup paddle boards there for your use as well as other floatation and snorkel gear. Beautiful and very impressive appliances for outdoor cooking in screened porch area. Unique property with two separate structures for guests. All bedrooms have a king bed, loft with queen and a twin bed in nook area. Kitchen only in main guest house.
