"Our week’s stay at Jack’s Island House was amazing. There were 11 of us ranging from 9 to 73 (5 adults & 6 kids).Jack has thought of absolutely everything including things we didn’t expect. The kids throughly enjoyed the rope swing, the water trampoline & jumping off the dock.The kayaks & paddle boards were a hit with everyone. The dock was super relaxing especially early in the morning & the evening. We enjoyed watching for Barry the Barracuda& the turtle every morning even saw a ray one evening, so exciting. None of which bothered us swimming. Games, cards, binoculars, everything your heart desires it supplied. Jack was EXTREMELY responsive from booking til departure. Kay, the contact on the island, is a sweeties, very helpful & also extremely response.Everyone said this was the best family vacation we have had so far. We recommend this house . We will definitely be back. "

The property was absolutely breathtaking—right on the waterfront with crystal-clear turquoise waters and stunning views in every direction.The villa was spacious, spotless, and perfectly equipped (A) for a group. The outdoor space was the highlight: the tiki bar was such a fun touch, the deck was perfect for lounging, and we loved having direct access to the water. It felt like our own private slice of paradise.Location-wise, it was ideal—close enough to explore local attractions and beaches, but also private enough to relax in peace. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was ready for our arrival.We’ve traveled to the Bahamas before, but this stay in Exuma was truly unforgettable. The condo provided many amenities and that helped tremendously because we didn’t have to purchase the small things like spices and condiments. We didn’t partake in any of the activities at the resort other than the beach but there were several available like paddle boards, kayaks and a pool. The condo was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again! The owner was very attentive and helpful. "
