A fairytale stay! The staff was incredible and kind, the property was stunning and the asado incredible. If you are going to Buenos Aires, this is a MUST stay location.

The staff is always helpful and extremely nice. This was my third stay at this property and it is always a great experience and the restaurant next door is great for breakfast. There is also a steak house a couple of blocks away, and it is great. There is a mall within a 5 minute walk, and the neighborhood is great.

No hay staff presente en el lugar y el WUp de contacto lo contestan con gran demora , lo que produce sensación de desamparo , especialmente si llegas de noche. Se entra al edificio con código QR , a la habitación con una clave numérica que te envían al WUp , se siente inseguro y no pudimos bloquear la cerradura por dentro. El desayuno es en la cafetería de la esquina , pero recibirás la información bastante tarde y sólo si la solicitas. Por la mañana no salía agua caliente en la ducha y se tardaron 3 hrs en contestar el WUp y mandar a alguien que lo reparara. Después de perder mi 1era mañana en BAires esperando el agua caliente y debido a la inseguridad que se siente al no recibir respuesta rápida , decidí hacer check out (antes de las 12) y cambié de hotel. Fueron maleducados por WUp al solicitar reembolso , que aún no se completa. En suma, mala experiencia .
