"We have stayed here 2x this winter and while they have a truck with a snowplow they don't clear the parking lot or walkways. There are signs that say to be careful walking as there may be ice and snow, but you could shovel. "

"Check in was great and friendly. Gaylord has lots of stuff to do. We went to the theater, Call of the wild, and Bob Evans restaurant (which is next door) for dinner. This hotel has a great breakfast, our three granddaughters were pleased. Pool time was great too, very clean and relaxed with plenty of towels. Room was very comfortable and clean. We were very pleased! Would recommend. "
