From the warm welcome to the seamless check-in process, it was evident that the staff, especially Pita (service hospitality), she was amazing and took care of my family and I from start to finish. "This place truly is paradise. The villa is spectacular, located in a beautiful and incredibly peaceful part of Ubud. Location is very convenient, two minutes from a major supermarket and short walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and shops. The local staff is incredibly responsive and helpful. I would gladly have stayed another week, and hope to be back. I’d give it six stars if I could."
