This was my third stay at the Grand it always fell like home me and my family will be back...

This was our first family vacation with our grandbaby. While it was a great time and a great place, there was room for improvement. We stayed on the first floor. It was very noisy with people coming into their rooms at night. We could also hear people in nearby rooms. One night, there was a huge group of people in the lobby of the first floor that was having a baby shower at 10pm!!! They were very loud. I felt as if there was needed "security" to check all buildings to see that all was well. Other than that, it was a great time. It is the perfect place to bring kids and have a family vacation.

Pool rules are ridiculous. Kids shouldn’t have 2 be kicked out every night at 6:00. Also the lazy river is made to keep floating around in the circle not for people to stand there blocking it all up that you can’t pass in the rafts. Also don’t think it’s fair that people in the cabanas can hold onto their rafts all day long even though they not using them. Leaves people who want to float around and chill in the lazy river without rafts. Rule should be if you are not in the lazy river using them then you can not hold on to the raft. And if you want to stand in place in the water go in the pool not block up the lazy river that’s made to keep flowing around.

Overall friendliest and most accommodating staff we have encountered. Casino is smoky but not terribly so. Food at all on-site locations was great. Pool bar was only open weekends but staff was very friendly & professional. Rooms typical for casino properties, basic but clean. Don’t expect to win here, saw/heard no large winners over 3 days.
