No me gustó que ese día hubo un evento en el hotel , y la música se escuchaba en la habitación , a tal punto que fue imposible dormir con tanto ruido, nada pudieron hacer al respecto , pese a notificarlo.
Dada la hora (11 pm) y que viajaba con niños , tampoco consideré trasladarme ese momento a otro lugar, ta que de verdad necesitaba descansar y dormir un poco ya que venía de un viaje largo de otro país, y al día siguiente viajaba a otra ciudad por la mañana.
Anteriormente nunca me sucedió algo parecido , por ese motivo y la excelente atención ese ha sido mi hotel preferido por mucho tiempo.
Se debió considerar que si iban a organizar un evento con música a full volumen , debieron asignado una habitación alejada, más aún que la reserva la hice con bastante anticipación .
