Everything was exceptional from the backyard pool, “tree” house gazebo, and the basketball court to the waterfall showers with the Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom. "I just stayed at this Garland property with my kids (8 and 12) and my mother (77). It was a perfect spot for all of us! My mom has mobility issues and was able to easily navigate the home and use the step-in shower. The pool was heated so nicely she was even able to use that and we made great memories swimming with my kiddos. "The pool made me smile every day. The house is light and airy and the beds comfortable. My son loved the air hockey and shuffleboard. I would definitely stay again."

"The overall stay was nice, but it's quite apparent this house needs a little TLC. We noticed a lot of DIY that could have been done better, but functionally is not a problem. The rooms and beds were nice, but tile in the bathrooms are a death trap when wet. The main complaint was the smell of moth balls as you enter the property. The odor is strong and did not go away all weekend. The place is spacious and has plenty of areas to hang out in."
