The tv in the room wasn’t working I called the front desk and gave me a phone number to call ( I was aspecting someone to come to fix it) I called the number and got put on hold and eventually they hung up, the third time I hung up after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes
The next day someone did fixed the problem with the tv but the room didn’t get cleaned, the hotel is nice but obviously lacks on good service

The only staff member I saw was ok. Property and grounds seems tattered and in need of maintenance. Shabby. Carpet felt old. Outdoor areas just need care.
Room was large and clean. Bathroom was large and clean. Provided toiletries were very nice and felt luxurious. Parts of the interior were well designed and nicely decorated.
Weird beeping all night like a smoke alarm needed a battery? Unsettling. No information in room with facility info like ice locations or times for restaurants. No answer from guest services after multiple attempts.
Pool was very nice. Clean. Well maintained. Grounds around pool looked weathered and in need of care.

Molly-best host, beautiful property inside and outside-very convenient and walkable.
Enjoyed 2 nights, breakfast delish and so much to do - Saugatuck fun destination.
Highly recommend and will be back!

Came for a quick weekend trip, never been to GR. Immediately after checking in, checked out of hotel due uncleanliness and unsanitary conditions. The soap was already used, ceilings on table, microwave was dirty, the bed had yellow stains on it.
