I am so grateful for their doing so! The gentleman smiled and nodded when he handed us the key and we said, "room 6?" -As was on the keychain, you'd think that was a 'here's your sign' moment, but no... We drove around the resort and tried 2 different room 6's. Finally, went back and he casually says, "Room 9\. Right across the street". I felt mildly angry and amused. The room was small, but had everything we needed - except heat. It was FREEZING. The bed only had a thin blanket. I layered a blanket from the car and our coats on top of us. The heater worked, but took several hours. It had the force of a hair dryer on low. By time we woke up in the morning it was nice in the room. The hot water lasted maybe ten minutes, so only 1 shower and a tempid wash cloth. No phone or Internet service. The event was amazing and they did a great job there. The resort room was a bit rough, but will be nice when small things like turning on the heat when the room is reserved and maybe a tankless heater is installed."
