We stayed here during our trip to Disney and we could not be happier. The staff was extremely nice from the beginning, even offering a little plush toy to our toddler who was overtired and approaching his limit of being social. The shuttles for Disney from here are extremely cheap and were always on time, the drivers were also beyond welcoming -- one even gave our kid a pluto pin which he's worn every day since. Great hotel for getting to Disney if you are okay walking...our child is 10 so a 30 minute walk was not an issue but there is also a shuttle for when you are too tired. Wonderful hot breakfast breakfast that set us up for the day so we made sure to take our time and fill up. The pool was great for unwinding at the end of the day and the hotel is close to several shops and restaurants.Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
