Garden City Vacation Packages

We had a somewhat complex situation due to extending our stay from 1 night to 3. This seemed to confuse evening desk staff, who was also perfunctory to the point of rudeness, although the day staff were very competent, helpful and pleasant. Rooms were adequate though not very soundproof,as noise or loud TV from the next room was disruptive. Breakfast was adequate only.

I think it would need carpet replacement especially in the rooms.The bathrooms are beautiful and clean. Very nice bed and bedsheets . Very good breakfast buffet on Sunday and excellent seafood on the menu.

Perfect for a nights rest

Only two complaints; air conditioning in our corridor was much too cold, and the bathroom had too few hooks. Otherwise… Friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Humorous furniture and room keys. NBA semifinals easily found on TV. Lovely hot water temperature. Comfortable bed. Easy to use thermostat. We were on a high floor, and the street noise was minimal. Valet parking was worth the price. Free oranges and apples at front desk. WiFi worked properly; why no password? I’ve been seeing this at other establishments too. Has this become a safe way to operate? The establishments should blurb you as to why this is probably safe nowadays.

My husband has mobility issues. With the check in desk a very long walk to the hotel tower elevators, it was very very difficult for him. That whole check in area needs to be closer to the tower
