I was looking forward to the stay, but didn’t receive any pool information upon arrival along with pertinent details regarding the breakfast add-on. Also parking is non existent. You are pretty much forced into valeting your vehicle, without prior knowledge. Valet is $53 a day and public parking doesn’t exist. There is no smart Tv so not streaming services, and they don’t offer room service or to go orders, so you have eat at the restaurant before 11am, so prepare yourself if you buy the package. We took pictures of multiple asterisk issues in the room and it felt like we got the “budget” room. All and all, prepare to spend a lot for subpar service, lax amenities, and an okay room. The Marriott is much better, at each level.
