Other Things to Note:  
This apartment is located in a secure building with codes and CCTV in the common areas.   
  
Please note that you are booking a property in the heart of Eyre Square so you need to expect noises from the hustle and bustle of city centre life. If You are a very light sleeper this may not be the ideal spot for you.   
  
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, note the ground floors is street level. There is no elevator .  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
All messages are handled directly through the platform, so you’ll be fully supported throughout your stay. For urgent situations—such as a lockout or trouble with directions—a mobile number will also be available.

We could not find a better location for our stay. We had booked 3 tours and the pick-up locations were all within a 2 minute walk. Very nice neighborhood. The only minor drawbacks were that the cooktop was not working (but we probably weren't planning on using it anyway). The coffee mugs were too large to fit in the one cup coffee maker. The chairs were too low to eat comfortably at the kitchen table.

The location was perfect and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Unfortunately we were quite uncomfortable while sleeping. The apartment got very warm even without the heat on and it was too loud outside to have the windows cracked. Also, the bedding and pillows were very low-end so we did not sleep very well. That said the space was very clean and the location is great.

#### Great location and newly renovated apartment

We ended up booking an extra night so that we could check in at 6am after a long flight from the US. Apartment is in a great location. The only thing to be aware of it that it is on the 4th floor with no elevator. A lot of stairs!!

This property was right off of Eyre Square! Two blocks from the bus station, and just around the block from the rail station! The property manager and company were fantastic and extremely helpful. We will be back!

Great central location. Very responsive host. Clean. Had everything we needed, BUT…the shower was not good - ran either scalding hot or freezing cold. Could not get moderate temperature. The stove top (hob) was also difficult although we figured it out as there were no instructions however it still acted quirky (ie shutting off by itself while in use). Fridge was also tiny (smaller than a bar fridge). I would consider staying here again but only if the shower was fixed.

Dieses kleine Apartment für 2 Personen kann man nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist zentral und durch die modernen Fenster trotzdem leise. Internet könnte etwas schneller sein, das Bett dürfte gerne etwas breiter sein. Ansonsten alles super.

This apartment looked exactly like the pictures! It’s perfectly located in the heart of downtown Galway! Lots of amazing restaurants & pubs to check out! Would absolutely give this a 10/10! The owner and the agency were always in touch & there with any questions I had! I would absolutely stay here again!

#### A perfect stay!

We had 5 days in Galway and time to explore. This property is a perfect location for walking the city and parking was very convenient. Management was responsive and helpful. It was great to have the added space of a second room. We would choose this property again when we return to Galway.

Centrally located, the bus picks up under the window. Security was lacking the bottom door was never locked and there was not a second means of egress in the event of fire
