The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed for a restful night\`s sleep. The second bedroom caters to families with a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. One bedroom and bath on the bottom and the two bedrooms and one bath up on second floor. One had to go outside to get to the bottom bath. Also the door to the bottom facilities was swollen, so we had a difficult time opening and closing the door. The place was clean, but really needs updating and we wish there were some furniture in the bedrooms besides the bed and a night stand. No dressers. No coffee table. There was mold in the unit downstairs, and about 2 inches of dust on the ac. We did not have to use the unit downstairs except for the laundry room and the bathroom. People around the community are very nice and give complements to your dogs if your walking them. Close to the beach and still pretty quiet. He asked several times in different manners and I had to keep assuring him and it made me feel as if he thought I was blatantly lying, simply because we are college students. The house was just as pictured and the checkin process and key access was seamless, I enjoyed my stay but the line of questioning was a bit uncomfortable and unnecessary. ##### Praise N. Séjour de 2 nuits en novembre 2024 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Pinky G. 5 oct. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Not a good setup for us The game room was definitely the reason I booked this place, but when we got there the foosball table was not in the unit, it smelled like mildew, and the fire alarm batteries were going out so it was beeping periodically throughout the night. Therefore, we didn't even use the game room. The arcade games were there, but not turned on (I'm not sure if they even worked because we did not spend any time in the area due to the smell). Additionally, the game room is completely separate from the rest of the house, so in order to access the space. you have to go outside, up/down the main stairs, and then in the front door of the main house. That was not ideal for us, given we had young children in our group. I will not book this property again. Also, I wasn't too thrilled with all of the messages leading up to the date we had booked trying to up sell the "extras". That was annoying. ##### Pinky G.
