The Class-Act reception desk greets me by name with my keys ready, room upgrade when available: whether the friendly Michal, Or, Tommy, Shai, Ron or Amit - impeccable English, all under the management of Berta, they will quickly adopt you as a family member and honored guest. In the morning, Pablo, a pro barrista fixes you a cappuccino, while Ayala and Igor find you a nice table. "The hotel is not well maintained and missing much like breakfast, workout room, pool, bar with alcohol... but location is great near a shopping mall, restaurants, walkable to the beach -- maybe 15 min walk and overall teh price is very reasonable. Housekeepers clean the room daily and change the beddings unlike five stars hotel. Staff are very kind. "

"This is a hidden jewel in Petach Tikvah. I spent 10 days in the hotel in January and was incredibly impressed with how friendly and efficient all the staff were. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The hotel is very clean and modern. I spent most of my time in a very modern and lovely room on the 18th floor with remarkable views of the surrounding area. The hotel is within walking distance of three malls so there is no end of places to eat or shop, and the light rail into Tel Aviv is a 5 minute walk away. it is a wonderful hotel, highest ratings. "
