The hotel is wonderful!!!
The room was super clean. The service was excellent. I had one complain, and immediately they resolved the issue. You have so many great restaurants and bars next to the hotel
I would definitely go back
We came to celebrate a friend’s birthday.
The service was amazing, a day before our stay the hotel customer relations manager call me to make sure they will have a gluten free option that I would like for breakfast.
We got an early check in which was quick.
All the facilities are clean and available for all.
The service was amazing from all of the staff

Pool is closed and so the business lounge. There is a room with no windows and looks like a storage room converted to a work room -- it's the only room avail for office work. No fun. The nice room is locked and the reception tells you it's occupied. Not much of a service. But clean and I like the outdoor sitting area. I wish they had a fire pit there.
Came here after our wedding, for one night only.
The good:
We got a very late check out, which was very considerate. And we had a fruit basket and cake waiting for us, which was a lovely touch.
The bad:
There was no heating and it was a cold December night. The reception said that this is due to the entire floor being either heated or chilled. A poor excuse, they should have a personal heater ready for the guests use.
Another problem is the terrible view from the room. Just bland, grey walls.
The building itself is nice, however, and well decorated.
Still, not really worth the expenditure. As often is the case in Israel, the price is far to high for what you get.
The gym and talent inside. Extraordinary. Some appeared to be built in a lab. That said my boss was subject to a guy with half his crack hanging out which is why I did not give 5 stars. Not sure what that guy was thinking.
It’s a good hotel but they double charge for €50 breakfast fee. Acknowledged that they made a mistake after 5 phone call and emails, promised to refund me and still 2 months later no refund.
The hotel is well located, in the centre of town, just a short walk to the beach. We couldn’t have meals (not even breakfast!), because the place is not Kosher. We were rather surprised to hear that. The staff was kind and efficient.
