Any problems required me to go to the office in person, so I went down twice.Because the light and heat switches in the room were difficult to identify; the heat switch looked broken, without a casing. The door to the room had large gaps, and I was worried that bugs from outside would get inside. After one night, I found I had been bitten by bugs. Horrible experience!"

"The bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water available throughout our stay. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, which made us feel well supported and secure. The only issue we encountered was that one side of the toaster was not working when we tried to use it."

"The hotel is in a great location and awesome pool and access to outdoor activities. How ever the property is dated for what you pay and the resort fee and parking are not in the price of the room which was an additional $55 + 35 per night. "

"We had a great stay at this property. The house was cozy, comfortable, and felt like a great getaway home.The location was a big highlight—it’s just a quick 3–5 minute drive to the ski area and parking lot, which made getting out on the slopes very easy. There is also a shuttle service to the slopes, which was convenient, though at times it took a bit longer than expected, so we found it easier to drive and park. We also really enjoyed the nearby walking and biking path, which was just a short walk from the house.Communication with the property manager was easy and smooth throughout our stay. We did run into a minor issue with the heat, but it was addressed quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated.Overall, everything went very well and would come again."
