« The main feature of this property is the exquisite view of Mount Fuji and the privacy and serenity of very limited access. That said, the staff are warm and very attentive. The food was excellent and delightfully prepared and presented. The communal bath (which is by reservation) is architecturally interesting and offers a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. Our two days here may have been the quiet highlight of our trip to Japan. »

« Hôtels.com ne proposant que peu choix sur osawaonzen aux dates de voyage nous nous sommes rabattus sur cet hôtel. Sa vétusté et état général sont loin des standards de ce site touristique mais le personnel était attentionné et le petit-déjeuner excellent. Trop de monde dans les thermes de l’hôtel ne nous a pas permis d’en profiter (un comble pour un séjour dans une ville thermale). »

"Le ryokan parfait du début à la fin, on est traité comme des rois. J’ai eu une chambre avec la vue sur le mont Fuji avec le bain privé. C’était relaxant de pouvoir se baigner en admirant le volcan. Tout était parfait, propre. Le repas Kaiseki était gargantuesque et très bon. Le petit déjeuner était a la japonaise donc salé. Dommage que l’hôtel ne propose pas un choix japonais et occidental. Le personnel était adorable. J’ai adoré mon expérience de 2 nuits. Merci à tout le monde. "
