1. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception. Employees at the restaurant cannot really communicate or answer questions unfortunately (other than the lovely woman in breakfast) 2. Very nice, large, clean, comfortable rooms 3. Food was mostly good, large choice of salads and vegetables 4. The pool is nice BUT slippery and dangerous. It will end badly if not taken care of 5. No outside area for kids at all, and the indoor room is not nice at all 6. Area is beautiful, just in front of the cable car, nice views, nice river

Because it was in between the winter and summer season there was no hot buffet. We were made an omelette but in hindsight would have booked without breakfast. ..."
