"I picked my room online and arrived to the property 4 hrs after check in time and the room was not prepared. I was then given a room that had a connected where the door wouldn't fully shut; the staff was accommodating once I went downstairs but the inconvenience was not pleasant. As a Honors member, I expect to have the room I pick especially when I arrive 4 hrs after check in time so 7pm to my reservation "

"Upon arrival I was told my room wasn’t ready because they couldn’t find housekeeping and the rooms weren’t clean. Then it was hot in the room when we did finally get a room. "

"Very clean and honestly very nice staff with great food and drinks. The gym is a good size overlooking the city. Great view. I start my day at the gym watching the sunrise, then grab an excellent buffet breakfast with an omelet bar (egg whites too) with menu items also available. I finish my morning with the hottest shower with a rain head and a separate wand. I feel so ready to hit the day for both work and leisure. Going out to eat is great, but if you feel like staying in, the atmosphere and food are great as well."

"Was not aware of fees and did not have enough towels on second night and the cleaning people left the cleaning rag in the room. "

"Nice hotel but full of drunks that keep you awake all night with parties in their rooms. Was surprised to see obviously drunk patrons still being served at the bar."
