Avenue 12 is directly behind this property so there was some noise at night when trucks (seldomly) or loud motorcycles would pass. Plenty of room for the 5 adults and 1 toddler in our group. The host was very thoughtful, there were new travel size items in all the bathrooms, a snack basket in the kitchen, and had a fully stocked coffee bar with Kcups, creamer, and to go coffee cups.Being able to park in the garage was also a plus, and there is open parking steps away. The neighborhood did an awesome Foodtruck setup that we were able to take advantage of. The only “heads up” I would gift future guests is… The living room furniture was a little “stiff” and not all that welcoming. Couldn’t really fit everyone around the TV at the end of the day to watch a movie. Also, the primary bedroom is a bit noisy with the traffic from Ave 12\. ##### Jeff S.
