"Rebecca at the front desk is truly exceptional! I had some issues over a few days, and she went above and beyond to ensure my next room was perfect. She genuinely made up for the lost sleep and inconvenience caused by the toilet, sink, and missed room service. Rebecca was incredibly pleasant and attentive, making me feel valued and never rushed. She's the main reason I chose to extend my stay with Hilton. She's a tremendous asset, and I'm so glad she's the first person I encounter when I arrive. Because of Rebecca, I have rated this so much higher."

I didnt mention it to the staff but i felt like they would have tried to accommodate me. I was just in a rush to get to an event. The bed was comfy, and staff were nice, room was clean. "
