"The shower was strangely tall. I'm just under 6 feet and I had to reach WAY up to adjust the shower head. The connection was also cracked and sprayed water in my face as soon as I turned it on. There was no staff that I saw during my stay. Also, I was supposed to get a text on the day of my stay with check-in instructions. I did not receive a text. A little bit lacking in electrical outlets, too."

"Didnt wat breakfast there but the hotel room was amazing and the pool and hot tub was also a lot of fun and clean. Id stay at the hotel again when we have enough money. The staff was wonderful too very nice. "

"It is in a very convenient location for me! Easy to find and use as a base for going places in the area on both sides of the St. Croix River. Breakfast selection was very good. Loved the pancake maker!😋 Rooms were tidied every day. Likes the green option too! Staff was friendly and helpful. We got good recommendations on where to go for food later in the evening."

"We were in the middle of check-in when the establishment was rated by the police force and temporarily shut down do to a search for drug-related issues. Apparently this was not the first time and this is a known establishment where drug deals frequently happen clearly we didn't know that when we booked but thankfully we were able to get a room at another hotel nearby where there were no issues needless to say I would not recommend staying here to save a few dollars when there could be safety concerns"

"It would be nice if you had a way to note frequent travelers. I am there often visiting my mom in a nursing home in Frederic and I don’t need the whole spiel. A “welcome back” would be nice. Just a thought. No complaints. "

"When we checked in the cabin was dirty. There were cooked tater tots in the oven. Toilets were dirty . Concerns about stairs going to the lake are rotting way. Definitely not safe the hand rail go up the stairs is very lose and the first step going in bad shape aslo. The view from the deck is nice. The dock is definitely wouldn't go on ."
