Fairly clean upon arrival. The house was well stocked with cooking supplies, towels, toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, ziplocs, etc. Nice cookware. The crockpot came in handy several times. The only thing that we missed was a large stock pot for spaghetti. The beds were comfortable, plenty of blankets and pillows. Minimal checkout items compared to other rentals we have stayed in.
