"Our extended family has been spending every other spring break at the Round House for well over 25 years. By this time it really does feel like we are coming home. The house is always clean and well equipped for large groups of varying ages. It looks nice, but is also cozy and comfy. Our host is quick to reply to our texts if we have questions. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thanks again for a great time."

"Everything was beautiful. Relaxing on the deck looking at the sunset was the best! The only thing that could have been described a little better would have been the fishing. Getting to the river was a guessing game and we were hopeful that we were still on the correct property. Simply wonderful. Thank you."

"The property is beautiful and in an overall wonderful location except the trains at night. Nothing to be done about them but it did wake the kids up at 2 and 4 in the morning both nights we were there. Otherwise lovely kitchen, fantastic hot tub, gorgeous property overall!"

"This property is very well maintained and stocked. The kitchen had all of the pots, pans, and appliances one would need. The house is well decorated and very comfortable. The views from the upstairs living/dining room were wonderful. This was a great place to stay while visiting the area and would recommend it to anyone."

"Overall all the experience was a good one. The home was as described, great location. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the refrigerator doesn’t seem to get very cold, and when using the dryer to had to run it twice to dry clothes."

"This was a vacation with our adult son and his girlfriend. The townhome was nicely appointed with everything we could need. The management was very communicative. "The rental had everything we needed, since we made breakfast every day. Very convenient shuttle right outside the front door to the Winter Park ski slopes. House is super dog friendly, expect some dog hair. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms were stocked. Don't expect to dine out a lot. Most restaurants were short staffed, small and on long wait times."

"This property was just nothing but perfect! It was extremely clean and it meet all of our needs. We had a quick three days of skiing. I was able to use the free activities to pay for my ski rental saving us about $250. We had more space than we expected. My boys especially enjoyed the hot tub and the fun arcade game. "Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay very much. We wanted to find a place where we could relax, play games and go to a national park. The views from the living room were amazing! Kitchen set up and nearby grocery store allowed us to fix most of our meals during our stay. The location gave us easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. Overall, we had a great experience!"

"It's hard to come across a great property that features a king and two queen bedrooms instead of another bunk bed setup. For a group without kids this was a godsend. We all had a great time. The only uncertainty we had was checking out. When putting in the checkout code in the keypad at the end it gave a noise that sounded like an error so we questioned if it worked correctly. We didn't know if this was a system thing or not as it took about 4 attempts at check-in as well before the code worked...
