"We had a nice view of Lake Michigan and Navy Pier. However, our check in was at 4 PM and we did not get into our room until 6 PM. We arrived shortly before 5 PM to check in. We waited in line for 20 minutes just to check in. When we finally got to the desk, we were informed that our room was not ready. There were 10 people ahead of us who also did not have a room and they could not tell us a time as to when our room would be ready. We waited in the lobby for probably 30 minutes, which was not terrible considering they couldn’t give us a timeframe. The concierge was rude about the situation and not accommodating. The least they could have done was comped us for the time we waited. Very busy hotel. Lobby always full of people. Our room was fine, average. "

"I travelled for my birthday and I had an awesome time. The staff were very friendly and kind. All staff were extremely helpful and attentive. They remembered my birthday and each greeting felt special and personal. I looked forward to breakfast each morning to enjoy their tasty spread. My room was very comfortable and clean with amazing views . The hotel is located in a great area where you walk to great places with the bus stop around the corner. I was looking forward to the roof top restaurant however it was closed. That’s my only disappointment but I would definitely visit again God spare life"

"I enjoyed my stay. I ordered breakfast from the restaurant on the property, and it was delicious. Everyone on the staff that I interacted with was hospitable. The location is perfect and I had an amazing view of the river from my room. "

"All the staff we encountered were very friendly and most helpful. The pillows were really comfortable. Had to wait a while for the water in the shower to get warm, and the high pressure coming through the small shower head holes hurt your skin when it hit you. Other than that, good stay. "
