Everything was honestly amazing from the check in to check out, the staff were all so kind. Our room was cozy, very clean, lots of room for Activities ;) bathroom & amenities were top notch. The Restaurant: Silas Creative Kitchen was a Million out of 10 & service was impeccable! Bar & Bartenders were kind & funny, drinks were fantastic! We will definitely be back!

Terrible. Hallways stunk of urine and musty carpet. Hallways were unconditioned in 100 degree weather. Bottom of bathroom sink in room 354 is cracked. The shower only had one temperature....scalding. The mattress was cheap, sprung, and ridiculously bouncy. The room phone did not work. There was no alarm clock, which is normally not a big deal, except there is not even one USB port in the room. In 2026. Not a single charging port for travelers who mistakenly forget to pack a charger, but has a cable. Hilton should remove their name from this hotel. It's more like a run down Red Roof Inn. Really terrible.
