"Convenient location for us. We had two rooms. One room was fine: clean, with comfortable beds. The other one, however, had a horrible smell, like dirty laundry. It seemed to be coming from the AC unit. There was also a stain on the bedding. The other thing I hated was the overwhelming artificial fragrance that permeated the entire lobby area. It was coming from an electric unit on the wall. I wish hotels would realize that these fake fragrances are nothing but chemicals and are toxic to our bodies. We don't need to be breathing that stuff. Just clean your hotel and leave the fake fragrance out of it."

"The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a decent amount of options for adults as well as kids. Dining area was always clean. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was only about 20 mins away from the airport and 10 mins away from major shopping outlets. My only complaint with the property was that room service had to be booked in advance which I wish I knew sooner because we were traveling with an infant and needed the room cleaned at least once. Second, the property only had one working elevator and often times we had to take the stairs while carrying bags and our baby. Third, the laundry room is way too small. Thankfully there wasn’t a large amount of people who wanted to wash their clothes the night before our flight. Overall I would stay here again, but improvements can be made to better enjoy the hotel."

"Friendly staff and lovely lobby. 11th floor smells. Air freshener isn’t working. Rooms smelled too. Bathroom had such bad odor that we barely closed the door when in there, holding our breath. Hot tub permanently closed. Just seems like they quit maintaining the place as things have aged, and it shows. Oh, and 2 out of 3 elevators were broken so we would wait forever and a day, for the one working, and it was packed every time, and super hot. Would not stay here again."
