"We spent 4 nights in this small but clean and well maintained cottage on the Nova Scotia South Shore near Hubbards. Nice water view. Good bathroom with tub/shower combo. Lots of hot water. A few minutes drive from shops and restaurants in Hubbards including a grocery store. Good deck to barbecue or sit with a drink. This unit is best suited for up to two people. Owners Glen, Ruby and Clayton are fully engaged and available. Cottage shares a parking area with the owners’ recreational equipment business but it isn’t busy or disruptive. A fun place for a few days in Nova Scotia."

"We had a wonderful time in this beautiful little cottage. Easy walking distance to quaint village. Very nicely decorated and everything was spotlessly clean. So quiet and peaceful. Washing machine and dryer are a bonus, especially if you’re on a longer trip as we were. Pam gave us some great tips. We would love to stay here again."

"I cannot express how absolutely gorgeous the property is! My three young adult kids actually gasped when we turned into the driveway and saw the view. Very comfortable home, clean and accommodating and Phil was a great host! The area is quiet and remote but close enough to sites like Peggy's Cover for a day trip. Highly recommend this property!! The only thing we had some confusion over was the laundry situation. Listing states a washer and dryer so we just assumed we could do our own load when we arrived. However, the are not for guest use - laundry is available as an added service which we thought could be an add on if we didn't feel like doing our own. No big deal but jsut be aware! :) Thanks Phil for a fabulous stay! Will never forget my afternoon watchin two seals frolic right in front of the house!"

"There was no water due to a water pump issue that need an upgrade that the owner was fully aware of and I was advised the morning of checking in. Unable to use showers, toilet, dishwasher or even able to brush teeth. Worst experience. Reached to owner numerous times got nothing back and reached out to VRBO customer support and nobody provided me any support. I put in two online complaints and phone call to VRBO and no feedback or support provided!"
