Communication with the owners was clear and timely. While the property lot runs down to the sea at Western Shore, the cottage was not truly "ocean front". It is set back from the ocean a bit but we could sit right beside the sea. Lovely!"

This was the first time in 31 yrs we could actually swim in a body of water on our anniversary and so glad it was there.
