"Room was very nasty and out of date , this hotel needs remodeling and a good cleaning staff was ok , floor I was on was very noisy all night young kids hanging out their room all night, talking loud in the hallway and slamming doors. "

"Third time staying there. Staff has always been helpfull. Rooms are always clean. Food and amenities are great."

"Room was not very clean. Found trash around one of the night stands when I was looking for the reason the night stand lamps and clock wasn’t working. Found out they weren’t plugged in. So, I plugged those in behind the mattress, nothing. Tried the switches on the wall. Nothing. So then I plugged them into a long extension cord that plugged into ANOTHER outlet on the same wall. Nothing! Two switches at the entryway did nothing. That’s when I noticed the electrical conduit coming out of the ceiling from somewhere else to power the TV, fridge, two lamps, and a power strip. The duvet cover was soiled with something white in drip pattern. The bathtub drained extremely slow. The stairwell strongly smelled of marijuana often. The back door that requires a key card doesn’t close. The breakfast wasn’t. If waffles are the only thing you want to eat, then you’ll be fine. My key card stopped working on my second day. Two attempts (two trips to the front desk) didn’t correct it. Finally fixed with management coming up with the “special key”. The laundry detergent vending machine didn’t operate. The room across the hall had set all of their trash outside their room, it sat there for a day and a half until it was finally removed. The blinds and curtains were broken! Oh! And, when I checked in there was a sign saying to go next door to the Red Roof Inn for assistance. Met that clerk halfway there. The property was not kept up. If they offer room 229, don’t take it!"

"when you turn on the light in the bathroom, the noise is so loud and high-pitched that you cannot use the light. You also cannot stay in the bathroom long enough to take a shower because of the insanely loud noise coming from the light. I have photos that I’m happy to post of baby cockroaches in the kitchen area of the room. And finally, the entire floor that I was on reeked of marijuana into my room. The noise went on until four in the morning with music and people in the hallways, laughing and carrying on. The front desk did not answer their phone one time nor respond to my message in regards to the room. I have asked for a refund and was hung up on. That hotel is not safe. I sent repeated messages. "

"The pool was great, the room was fine. I did not like the fact that it wasn’t properly stocked up for us. There wasn’t any extra toilet paper, we had no bag for the ice bucket, there was absolutely no conditioner in the shower dispenser. "
