« We have stayed here 4 times for overnight stops. Everything is lovely and clean, staff, for the most part are pleasant and professional - I say for the most part - on our latest visit, we ordered a wine spritzer and specified soda, not lemonade and a half pint of pepsi. We got a spritzer with lemonade and a full pint of pepsi but it was soon sorted. We have had 4 different rooms out of the 5 that there are, and only one of them was what I would class as too small even for a standard...

« Great stay in a lovely hotel. The owner was charming, friendly and fun and gave an excellent display of first class customer service. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We left too early for breakfast so they made up packed breakfasts for us too. Some of the alcoholic drinks in the mini bar are free too! Bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean, tidy, modern and well kept. Parking right outside too. »

« Très bien pour une étape dans la région. Nous avions une grande chambre familiale avec un lit double et 2 lits simples sous les toits. Chambre propre, salle de bain correct. Thé/café et petits gâteaux offerts. Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel, les plats sont typiques et bons. Petit déjeuner complet à la carte et en self service. Personnel très aimable. Petit parking, il n'y avait plus de places quand nous sommes arrivés et c'est difficile de se garer dans la ville. »

« Welcome was lovely, room was really pretty with nice touches, pretty noisy though, you'll be lucky to get a solid nights sleep. Breakfast wasnt great either sadly. Overall though it was a lovely, pretty, welcoming hotel for a single night stay. »

« We thought the breakfast buffet choices were limited, however the cooked breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff were very efficient. Dinner was most enjoyable in a lovely dining room and the bar service was very good. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade with a four poster bed, this was a lovely surprise. Parking was onsite without additional charge. If you are planning on walking the Malvern Hills this Hotel is in the perfect location. »

« Nous avons adoré ce pub. Nous y avons pris un verre, nous y avons diné, nous y avons logé pour une nuit. Tout était parfait ! Le petit déjeuner était délicieux avec un large choix de formules. L'accueil était royal, notre hôte s'est montrée très accueillante et aux petits soins. Enfin, Ledbury est un très joli village so british. Nous y retournerons probablement ! »

« Difficile de trouver l'hôtel - manque de détails sur la fiche de réservation. Très mauvaise surprise que le restaurant n'offrait que des plats indiens car nous n' aimons pas cette cuisine. Les informations données sur le restaurant ne le précisent pas. Malgré ceci le dîner était acceptable et pour ceux qui aiment les plats épicés même bien. Le personnel était très sympa, même si il y avait des problèmes de compréhension, même pour nous des anglophones. Pour nous, les matelas étaient trop durs....

« The room was really clean and well put together. The AC was a god sent considering the heat wave that was going on. Staff were exceptional. Food was great and we really enjoyed the roof top bar. Will definitely be back »
