« Everyone treated us excellent from the time we checked in til, the time we left. We did have an issue with the air condition not getting cool enough in the bedroom so my husband slept on the couch 🙁 & The hot water took a good 20 Minutes to reach warm in the shower. The staff was top notch and offered to come in while we were there but also told us the air had motion sensors and that’s why it did not stay cool if we were not in that room. »

« Overall, my stay was great. The only critiques I have are that if you get to breakfast at 6:30 depending on who’s serving it it can be a little late and the food is lukewarm and they have no microwave to heat it up. They are pretty good about staying on top of refilling things. The only other downside is there isn’t a huge amount of parking so if you get to the hotel later at night, all the parking spots are usually filled. The beds are firm, but I like a firm bed. « Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile and kindness. Easy check in process. The perfect stay for families. 5 mins away from Target. Slim Chicken is a 1 minute walk from the hotel. 8 minutes away from the Okaloosa Pier. Breakfast was well seasoned and plenty of variety. I loved the Hot Cakes machine. Check out was easy.
