However, just a little feedback on cleanliness the floors were dirty enough that our feet were black after walking around with no shoes or socks on the master bathroom floor was disgusting. There was hair in debris on the floor. In the second bedroom with the queen bed there were teeth, flossing tools, numerous seven or eight laying on the floor beside the bed. The carpets had a lot of debris on them and the pool deck had weeds growing out of the cracks as well as dirt all over the deck we had a seven day stay and only had two trash bags. The TVs in that same bedroom did not work. We bought new batteries for the remotes, they were all corroded and we were unable to get them to work. The ice in the refrigerator was very old and stale. We had to dump and allow it to make all new ice it’s stunk like garlic and upon entry to the home, it smelled very musty or mildew throughout our entire stay. But we very much enjoyed the home and your location. Just some feedback on possibly your cleaning crews. ##### Chris L. We used the main bathroom. Furniture was OK but could use some updating. You can't park on the street because the neighbors have their vehicles parked there. The driveway is barely enough room for two vehicles. Kids play basketball in the street across from the house so be careful what you drive and park at the home. The layout of the house was very good. We did have a problem with the dishwasher not working. We called and it took 2 days for someone to come look at it. It was not usable during our entire stay. Also the shower door in the master bathroom needs replacing. We inquired about heating the pool and we were informed it would take 72 hrs to heat and we felt the charge was too high. The pool, which we had paid extra to have heated was dirty. There were 3 piles about 5" x 7" of dirt on the bottom of the pool. We called the property manager immediately and they said they would send someone out the next day. My husband went out and bought batteries to replace the ones in the control (which was reading low battery) and replaced the filter the A.C. return which was filthy. The house cooled off enough to be comfortable. No one came to clean the pool until two days later. Never saw anyone come out to look at the ac. We didn't trust the water quality given all the dirt in the pool and were unable to use it until it was cleaned. The manager said they would refund the $ we paid to heat the pool for the days we were unable to use it but they did not do so.
