This complex has made great strides to allow their owners access to their units for personal and rental purposes. The grounds have a lot of recovery yet but the pool is open and so is the shore. She was quick to respond to all our inquiries and the condo had all the beach paraphernalia one could want. Breathtaking sunsets! We gave a 4 star overall rating only because of the beach reclamation project outside of the condo, went on 24/7 with heavy machinery constantly making noise. The adjacent beach was being worked on and not available, but only a short walk to access neighboring section.
