Steps away from the beach everyday toes in the sand and relaxing! Morning coffee with a beautiful sunrise and a good book. Just couldn’t ask for a more comfortable home away from home. "This was a much needed vacation for my husband and we came along for the ride. Pleasantly surprised how amazing the view was to wake up too and during sunset. Also so close to many kid friendly activities that made my life easier as a mom. We didn't want to leave. Beds were very comfortable. Only negative was that the toilets kept auto flushing and made it hard for me to fall asleep. My family would definitely rebook a longer vacation here for sure and have more time to do everything. Well worth the 6hr drive."

"The location was away from all the hustle & bustle. The condo was very clean and well equipped with all the amenities of home. We had auto troubles while we were there so Bryant Reality was very accommodating in allowing us to extend our stay. We will definitely be returning."

"Beautifully decorated, well stocked and organized. Loved being steps away from the beach access and the recreation center. Partial ocean view due to buildings on each side. To see the sunrise you will need to walk to the beach. Be aware that you need to climb several steps to get to second floor. My only complaint will be that the beds are extremely low to the ground. We loved the private small beach vibe."

"This is definitely $1 million view on the third floor four sets of eight steps so it a lot to not have elevator. when we arrived, the maid had not taken dirty clothes that were left behind the curtain from the current people, we let them know right away she told me to leave them on the porch in the bag, which I did they never came for them and they got blown all over the parking lot. if you’re looking for a place just to lay your head and look at the million dollar view this place is great.money is great for this place . It is a bit dated with $1000. You could really spruce it up. The bedroom did not have a TV which was very disappointing and the living room had a very small TV probably about a 19 inch. The furniture was very old and dated, and the bunkbeds were like an afterthought like in an area for closet with very terrible mattresses. But we didn’t care too about that as we were never in the apartment for very long we were only there at night to lay head down. The washer and dryer were brand new. They did work and we only had a problem with the TV and the Internet not working but we didn’t watch it so we didn’t care. I did let them know. for the money it is well worth it. If you don’t care about it being dated, but for the view it’s more than worth it. I think some of the reviews are a little harsh, but I understand why because it is so dated and it would only take very little money to change it out like the bedspreads you can buy a bed in the bag at Walmart for cheep"
