The staff was amazing! The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Mama Jo's restaurant had excellent food! The amenities and outdoor area was beautifully maintained and serene. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Clean, quiet, updated and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay at the Northern hotel.

Room was clean and nice, bathroom could have been a little more cleaner, but still ok.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was small and very chlorinated but the kids all had a blast. Definitely leave time for showers after playing. The hot tub was super hot (which I was grateful for so the babies stayed out) and relaxing. The staff was amazing! They were helpful and kind. We have 5 kids and the breakfast attendant was so helpful even giving the kids some bananas for the road. The lobby housekeeper made it a point to stop us to tell us how much she enjoyed watching our kids play and interact. With such a large family there is a lot of concern that your kids aren’t being perfect angels and the public reaction to that isn’t always met with grace. Everyone there made us feel like our family was a joy. Everyone left feeling amazing.
