"The room was great! The staff is super friendly. As far as complaints.. the water pressure in one of the bathrooms sucked, the pool area was absolutely disgusting, and parking is a little distance from the hotel, also no pots and pans in the kitchen"

"The only good things that my family enjoys was the live band on the outside bar and the karaoke night at the lobby bar, far of the room experience it was terrible, mildew on the shower, poor ventilation, room carpet had a strong smell of mildew, I request a room change but nothing was available."

"We have been going here every summer for years now. Sometimes the staff are hard to understand and the elevators are horrible. Elevators don’t have any type of air circulating through them. Overall this place is clean and safe for families. Love my Crown Reef "
