The property manager was attentive via messenger but we never saw anyone - so we had communication if needed but had nothing but privacy the entire stay. It says two bedrooms but it felt like 3 the way the second bedroom is laid out, with each teenager having their own space, which helps, believe me. "We used the Haven as our base for 5 days in Ithaca. The location is a short walk from the Commons where we ate out and took in an outdoor concert. You can even walk to the Cascadilla Gorge/Falls.
